It’s meaningless if we are here for a project. We are here as family. And family has values.
Decentralization is not a good-to-have, it is the tenet that gives our projects value. It also means we take no shortcuts to identify areas of centralized risk and mitigate it as we go along. Our competition may not do the same but we will win in the long run.
Try to give more than you receive. As an ecosystem, if all builders did that, we would have the scale to move mountains ⛰️
We tend to micro pessimists but macro optimists. The reality is that the future has always been incredibly bright here. It’s better to lead with optimism and share that enthusiasm everywhere you go.
No one is more important than anyone else. No one is better than anyone else. There is no entitlement here. The whole matters more than any individual.
The whole ecosystem is greater than the sum of the parts. That means we have to work together rather than re-inventing the wheel on everything we do. No more working in silos! That means we partner with each other across projects to build upon each others’ products and services.
Our users trust us with their money and their time. They are who we work for. Their voices are valued and we iterate and improve to help them.
In this industry, we tend to be in a rush all the time. We want everything to be done yesterday and we want more resources. Very often, mistakes will be made and processes get messy. It is important to make sure we recognize that behind every project and process, there is a human who made it happen and be kind. Lets make sure we share the truth in love when we give feedback.
